What's My Home Worth? What's your home's equity?

I've got a question for all of my homeowners out there. Do you know what home equity is? If you're not familiar with it, you're gonna want to listen to this. 
Equity is the current value of your home minus what you owe on the loan. And with how much home prices have climbed in recent years, your equities got an extra boost. According to CoreLogic, the average US homeowner now has more than $274,000 in equity. That's up significantly for $182,000 before the pandemic. That's a big jump in a pretty short span of time. And you have increasing home values too thanks to that, and nationally prices are back on the rise today.

Our Favorite Things to do in Wisconsin! Kirsten Hits the Trails!

In northern Wisconsin, the Vilas County ATV/UTV route system connects the towns of St. Germain, Arbor Vitae, Lincoln, Eagle River, Conover, Phelps, and Land O' Lakes.
The Landover ATV Club, St. Germain ATV Club, and Lakeland ATV Club have built current routes that connect the villages of Eagle River, Conover, Phelps, Land O' Lakes, St. Germain, and the Arbor Vitae region. Riders can cover a variety of terrain, from paved roads to dirt courses on ancient fire roads. The ATV/UTV route system in Vilas County also connects to routes and trails in surrounding counties in northern Wisconsin.
The trails are open from May 1 to October 31 each year.
The Map It Vilas County trails app makes navigating the trails simple. It includes both on-road and off-road routes and is suitable for both long-distance and short-distance rides. The program uses GPS to keep you on track and works without a phone signal.

What is the true job of a buyer's agent? What is their role with you? And in my opinion, the role of a true buyer's agent has always been to guide and direct you. To give you all the information and facts you need to make a good decision not to make the decisions for you not to push you, but to simply direct you and give you the facts you need to make a decision and I think a huge part of that is providing and showing value. What are the odds of buying this property again, how many of these have sold in the last two years?
