Just wanted to reach out I’m making some phone calls this morning, and I just had a great conversation with one of my clients. We do an update on his property every year to see where he is in price compared to the year prior. And we were just chatting, and they decided instead of selling last year, to start to rent out their property. So we were going over what he's learned so far since he started renting out his home, how that's going with the advantages of it and the disadvantages. And then we started talking about rates. So he was telling me what he's getting per night for his rental on the chain. And it was really nice to be able to tell him that I think he needs to reevaluate his pricing structure because I think he's leaving a lot of money on the table.
