They should love stats and numbers. Because those are all the things a realtor has to deal with on a daily basis to be informed and on top of the market as well as able to assist you in the sale of your home.

Real estate agents are essential advocates and guides as you navigate the home buying and selling process. They will be experts in your target neighborhood, help you find work through the transaction, negotiate the contract, and provide information you can’t find anywhere else about local market stats. They will also walk you through the process, supporting you as you complete your offer and making sure your contract includes all the right clauses to protect you.
