Simply put, there are not enough homes available to meet today's buyer demand and that means it's an ideal time for those of you who are ready to sell. Because simply put, there are people out there who would love to buy your home. 

To put things into perspective, check out this graph. It shows the number of active listings on the market from the past 7 Februarys as you can see, even though there are more available homes this year than there were in the last two there are still far fewer listings than we saw in a normal market.
