I was talking to a potential seller today and they were asking me about the market trends and if now is still a good time to sell your property. I assured them that it continues to be a great time to sell if you're in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. The leaves are falling and the temperatures are falling but the real estate market is not despite what the national media likes to scream and holler. I think a couple of other great opportunities for sellers in the Northwoods. If you were a seller that was afraid to list your property because you didn't want to be in an aggressively competitive market when you bought on the other side of your move. 

Again, now would be a great time to get started because the chances are, you'd still have an aggressive market here up in the Northwoods. But when you buy some place else in the country or the state, you're going to have a better time as a buyer negotiating what you want as a buyer. So if you're on the fence, give me a call.
