And what I'm telling them is that right now is a great time to try to achieve both of those goals with the market slightly tempering because interest rates are up is a good time to list your home because inventories are low and it's also a good time to buy because as a buyer, sellers are open to things like home sale contingencies and things along those lines because it's not as aggressive on the buy side of things.
So if you've been sitting on the fence kind of waiting to determine when you could try to list your home and use a stable home contingency now could be a perfect time so give me a call. I would love to talk through that with you and kind of show you what that looks like in the Northwoods.
