Good morning it's me Julie Winter-Paez the team leader of the JWP group at REMAX. And I just want to take a quick moment today to reach out to you about some of the things I've been talking to sellers about. I've been making a lot of phone calls since the beginning of the year and just talking with some of my sellers that have been kind of sitting in the background waiting to see what happened with the market before trying to sell their house and potentially be homeless and then having to try and find something to buy in this incredibly aggressive market.

And what I'm telling them is that right now is a great time to try to achieve both of those goals with the market slightly tempering because interest rates are up is a good time to list your home because inventories are low and it's also a good time to buy because as a buyer, sellers are open to things like home sale contingencies and things along those lines because it's not as aggressive on the buy side of things. 

So if you've been sitting on the fence kind of waiting to determine when you could try to list your home and use a stable home contingency now could be a perfect time so give me a call. I would love to talk through that with you and kind of show you what that looks like in the Northwoods.
